If booking your 1st visit with us please only select the Initial Exam for treatments as every new patient requires a new patient exam.
Keep in mind that we are a cash-based practice and we are NOT in network with any insurance providers. This means we do not bill insurance for your visits, however we can provide a Superbill for you which can be submitted to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. For payments we accept cash, check, credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards. Please give us a call if you have any questions. Thank you for understanding!

Dr. Jett Rogers is a Black Hills native originally from Deadwood, SD. Jett played collegiate basketball at Dakota Wesleyan University while studying athletic training & exercise science. After graduating from Black Hills State University in 2019 he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.
